WTS Travel recently marked a milestone with the grand opening of its flagship store at Suntec City on 21 March 2024.
The store's design concept revolves around an open-concept floorplan,
meticulously crafted to cultivate a warm and inviting ambiance. This
adaptable layout not only caters to the comfort of potential customers
but also allows WTS Travel to seamlessly host a myriad of events,
further enhancing their engagement with the community.
According to Joshua Sia, assistant manager business development of
WTS Travel, the agency is embarking on a transformative journey in
travel marketing. Beyond the traditional approach of sales, the focus
now extends to enlightening potential clients about the vast array of
travel experiences awaiting them.
Through innovative channels such as travel talk shows, fairs, and
product launches, as well as strategic partnerships with industry
leaders like Uniworld Boutique River Cruise and Club Med, WTS Travel
aims to inspire and educate.

prime location not only caters to corporate professionals seeking quick

journeys. Moreover, WTS Travel's presence in Suntec City boasts a
dedicated coach bay as a new pick-up point for travellers to popular
destinations such as Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, Genting, Legoland and
Desaru.
In celebration of the flagship store's inauguration, WTS Travel
unveiled a new series of Singapore Dream Tours. These tours, available
in both English and Chinese, aim to immerse travellers in the cultural
tapestry and natural wonders of Singapore's iconic landmarks.
Complementing this offering is the introduction of the Platinum
21-seater coach, redefining ground travel with an elevated level of
comfort and sophistication.
Looking forward, Micker Sia, managing director of WTS Travel,
envisions “broadening our footprint in inbound tours, expanding our
overseas tour offerings, and expanding our portfolio of services, such
as airport shuttle transfers, while catering to tourists who embark on
cruise tours from Singapore, particularly with Marina Bay Cruise Centre
located nearby.”
