For lovers of high tea, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore has something special to offer with the return – for the first time since 2021 – of the Peranakan Afternoon Tea.

In collaboration with world's first Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant, Candlenut, guests will be treated to a specially curated menu available exclusively in One-Ninety Bar.

The Peranakan Afternoon Tea is crafted by Candlenut chef-owner Malcolm Lee, who is celebrated for his innovative take on Peranakan cuisine.

From the hotel, executive pastry chef Audrey Yee offers Peranakan sweets, including freshly baked Rempah Udang scones accompanied by a house-made pineapple jam and clotted cream.

On the savoury side, guests can look forward to chef Lee's Mom's Chicken Curry with Prata, a treasured family heirloom recipe that has been passed down from one generation to the next.

Peranakan-inspired craft cocktails are also on offer, along with a very indulgent Taittinger champagne tasting flight.

The Weekend Peranakan Afternoon Tea at One-Ninety Bar is available 2:00pm to 5:00pm on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) until 28 July 2024.
