Sentosa Food Fest has returned for its highly anticipated second
edition, offering a 10-week-long food extravaganza that promises to
awaken the inner gourmand in every festival-goer. From 7 July to 17
September 2023, Singapore’s Sentosa Island will be the epicenter of a
gastronomical journey filled with exquisite flavors and delightful
surprises.
Sentosa Food Fest aims to showcase the transformation of dining into a
lifestyle on Sentosa Island, going beyond the notion of a simple meal.
It encourages festival-goers to bond over food, creating shared moments
and unforgettable experiences. The festival highlights Sentosa's unique
beachfront and sunset dining options, providing a picturesque backdrop
for indulging in delectable treats.
Sentosa Food Fest also emphasises sustainability. Festival-goers are
encouraged to play their part by bringing their own containers and
utensils to reduce waste. Alternatively, biodegradable utensils and
packaging will be provided by all Sentosa GrillFest vendors. Plastic
bottled beverages will not be available for sale, and drinking water
fountains will be conveniently located along the entire stretch of
Siloso Beach.
