Sentosa Food Fest has returned for its highly anticipated second edition, offering a 10-week-long food extravaganza that promises to awaken the inner gourmand in every festival-goer. From 7 July to 17 September 2023, Singapore’s Sentosa Island will be the epicenter of a gastronomical journey filled with exquisite flavors and delightful surprises.

Sentosa Food Fest aims to showcase the transformation of dining into a lifestyle on Sentosa Island, going beyond the notion of a simple meal. It encourages festival-goers to bond over food, creating shared moments and unforgettable experiences. The festival highlights Sentosa's unique beachfront and sunset dining options, providing a picturesque backdrop for indulging in delectable treats.

Sentosa Food Fest also emphasises sustainability. Festival-goers are encouraged to play their part by bringing their own containers and utensils to reduce waste. Alternatively, biodegradable utensils and packaging will be provided by all Sentosa GrillFest vendors. Plastic bottled beverages will not be available for sale, and drinking water fountains will be conveniently located along the entire stretch of Siloso Beach.

Kicking off the festival is Sentosa GrillFest, a seaside barbecue spread that is set to be Singapore's biggest, featuring a lineup of 35 F&B establishments.

The event features three distinct zones, including the new International Delights zone, where guests can explore flavours from around the world through flame-licked dishes from Egypt, Mexico, Taiwan, South Africa, and more.

Sentosa Restaurant Trail: Following the food scent

From 14 to 25 August, Sentosa Restaurant Trail offers a unique opportunity for visitors to embark on a gastronomical exploration across Sentosa Island. Participating eateries present curated menus at special weekday deals, where the third diner can dine for free with a minimum of two paying adults.

Guests can indulge in a range of delectable dishes from renowned restaurants such as Native Kitchen at Village Hotel Sentosa, The Cliff at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa, Tipsy Unicorn Beach Club, and more.

Sentosa Food Truck Fiesta at Palawan Green offers diverse street food from specially fabricated trucks, accompanied by lively entertainment and activities.

From 1 to 17 September, Sentosa Food Truck Fiesta takes centre stage at Palawan Green. This year's edition will be larger in scale and offer an expanded menu variety.

Specially fabricated food trucks will gather a diverse group of culinary talents, both seasoned and emerging, showcasing their unique interpretations of local and street food. Amidst the lively atmosphere filled with music, movie screenings, and an artisanal flea market, festival-goers can savour a wide array of mouth-watering street food.
