Pan Pacific Singapore welcomes new leadership as of 1 November 2023,
with the appointment of Melvin Lim as general manager and Loo Chooi Li
as hotel manager.
Both hoteliers bring over two decades of hospitality experience to
their roles, and are known in the industry as dynamic and dedicated
leaders with a strong commitment to fostering a positive working culture
and a genuine compassion for people.
Melvin Lim, previously the general manager of Parkroyal Collection
Marina Bay, Singapore, known for its sustainability initiatives, boasts
an extensive career spanning 26 years. He has held senior management
positions at various international hospitality brands in locations such
as Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand,
Philippines, and Myanmar, including InterContinental Hotels Group,
Crowne Plaza, The Ascott, Park Hotel Group, Millennium & Copthorne,
Far East Hospitality, Meritus Hotels & Resorts, and Pan Pacific
Hotels Group.
Loo Chooi Li, most recently the hotel manager at Parkroyal Collection
Marina Bay, Singapore, has a well-established track record in the Asian
hospitality sector. Her experience includes roles as assistant vice
president, regional operations at Frasers Hospitality and hotel manager
at W Hong Kong before joining the Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
