Jill Goh has been appointed to be Mandarin Oriental, Singapore’s first female general manager. A seasoned veteran with over thirty years in global luxury hospitality, Goh brings extensive expertise to her role at the transformed Marina Bay property.

Goh started her career with the group in 1993 and subsequently served as resident manager at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore. She then assumed a similar role at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, and later took on the responsibilities of corporate operations manager for the Asia region.

Goh further expanded her leadership roles by becoming the general manager of Mandarin Oriental, Macau, and later The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. Her tenure at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental was particularly noteworthy, as she was recognised as Hong Kong's Best General Manager for two consecutive years at the Travel+Leisure Luxury Awards in 2022 and 2023.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and Cantonese, she embodies a truly international perspective.

“It is amazing to be back here in Singapore where I have forged many fond memories, the place where I first embarked on my exciting career with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group,” Goh said. “I look forward to continuing the chapter for Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, working alongside with my team as we surpass our boundaries and redefine luxury in Singapore and beyond.”
