The annual gathering place for Asia-Pacific's hotel investment
community, Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific (HICAP), is back in
Singapore on 23-25 October 2023 at the Fairmont Singapore & Swissotel The Stamford.
HICAP’s objective is to bring together influential owners,
developers, lenders, executives, and professional advisors from around
the globe, offering unparalleled opportunities for networking,
strengthening existing relationships, learning, and orchestrating deals.
Following the successful conclusion of HICAP in 2023, the brand has unveiled a compelling lineup of events for 2024.
First in line is the much-anticipated return of HICAP UPDATE, set for 13-14 March 2024, at the Regent Hong Kong.
This will mark the 11th edition of the event and will focus on key
regional markets. Delegates can expect to stay in touch with the latest

the region's hot markets. The two-day conference will boast a

The year 2024 also brings an exciting addition to the HICAP family. On 28-30 August 2024, at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, the Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific (HICAP) will introduce HICAP Australia New Zealand (HICAP ANZ).
This new positioning of the conference involves rebranding the
HotelsWorld conference held annually in Sydney, Australia. HICAP ANZ
will cater to the hotel investment, ownership, and development markets
in Australia and New Zealand, further expanding the reach and impact of
HICAP events.
Finally, HICAP will conclude its events for 2024 with its 34th annual gathering, taking place from 16-18 October 2024 in Singapore once again, at the Fairmont Singapore & Swissotel The Stamford.
Just like in its long-standing tradition, this event will continue to
be the pinnacle of the annual hotel investment calendar for the
Asia-Pacific region. It will continue to bring together influential
