FCM, the flagship large corporate division of the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), has appointed Kenji Soh as general manager of FCM Singapore and Clement Wong as the chief growth officer for Asia.

Soh has close to 15 years of experience in the travel industry, most notably spearheading strategic travel management at top organisations such as Goldman Sachs and Bain & Company.

“As an accomplished travel buyer in the industry, Kenji adds a fresh perspective and is a great addition to the leadership team in Singapore,” said Bertrand Saillet, managing director of FCM Asia.

Soh said his transition from travel buyer to a travel management company was “unorthodox”, but he felt his unique perspective “will be beneficial in ensuring we understand our client's needs even better to tailor new comprehensive solutions and accelerate our market dominance”.

As the chief growth officer for FCM Asia, Wong will oversee the strategy, supply, partnerships, data and legal teams.

In line with the recent announcement of FCM Meetings & Events launching globally, FCM said Wong will drive seamless experience and profitability through digital transformations.
