What’s in a name? Plenty, according to Diethelm Travel which is changing its name to DTH Travel.
The name change, along with a new logo, is necessary to reflect “fresh elements and an innovative approach to doing business”, the DMC announced at World Travel Market in London.
Stephan Roemer, CEO of DTH Travel, said, “For 66 remarkable years,
DTH Travel has been on an extraordinary voyage, mastering 13 diverse
countries within Asia and connecting travellers with unforgettable
journeys.
“Today marks a defining moment for us: our rebrand signals a
transformative shift, breathing new life into our identity and purpose,
and ensuring we remain relevant in these ever-evolving times.”
Stephan Roemer: “A new tech-driven focus on responsible tourism products.”
DTH Travel, which will open a new office in Japan in the first
quarter of 2024, said the emphasis of the rebrand is on “revitalisation
and modernisation”.
“As DTH Travel we are proud to move forward with a tech-driven focus
on creating and providing innovative, authentic, tailor-made and
responsible tourism products that will shape the next chapter of
discovery in Asia” Roemer added.
