Ascott has unveiled its sixth lyf coliving property in Asia — the lyf Farrer Park Singapore situated along the buzzing historic area of Singapore’s Little India.

Its opening follows the recent successful launch of lyf one-north Singapore in January which sees an average occupancy rate of 80%, and there’s 12 more slated to come in the future spanning the globe.

lyf Farrer Park Singapore was designed for the new generation of travellers, specifically the digital nomads, in search of social travel while they live, work and play in the destination.

Accommodations come fully furnished with comfy beds, ensuite bathrooms, workspaces and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi across various configurations. Guests of up to twp pax can choose between the 15sqm studio apartment or the studio twin apartment, while travellers in a group of four can opt for the 39sqm two-bedroom apartment equipped with a kitchenette.

Additionally, lyf Farrer Park Singapore offer guests the ease of accessibility with its central location and close proximity to multiple public transport systems. It is located a 2-minutes’ walk from Farrer Park MRT, which puts them three short train stops away from Orchard Road shopping district. Guests can additionally find eclectic shops, historical architectural, and local cuisine just outside of the property.

“Our guests can also enjoy our specially-curated #lyfgoeslocal community programmes. Curating these community programmes and experiences is at the core of what we do at lyf,” says Norman Cross, head of lyf brand and general manager of lyf Singapore. “We offer guests opportunities to interact with other individuals within the property as well as be a part of the neighbourhood through our programmes.”
