A Fedora hat. Fruit popsicles. Bathroom amenities from trendy
Sydney-based brand INK&WATER. These are just but some of the
Australian-influenced hospitality amenities that greet guests when they
check into Adina Serviced Apartments Singapore Orchard.
Managed by Far East Hospitality, the new 88-key serviced apartment
will bring the Aussie way of life to Singapore when it officially opens 7
July on Penang Road, in the heart of Singapore's Orchard district
shopping belt.
In his welcome remarks during the property's launch, Far East
Hospitality CEO Arthur Kiong revealed: "Bringing Australian hospitality
to Singapore is actually quite a bold move. Because most people are not
familiar with what Australian hospitality is, I frequently get
challenged about this."
Kiong added: "What we’ve tried to do here is personalise that service with Australian products and experiences."

Adina Serviced Apartments Singapore Orchard features tastefully
appointed serviced accommodation for residential living, ranging from
studios, two-bedroom or three-bedroom apartments, all bearing guest
touch points and amenities aligned to the Adina signature, a brand born
in the Land Down Under.
Guest experiences are also influenced by the Australian laidback
lifestyle, from a DIY breakfast sandwich experience, coffee Mondays, to a
neighbourhood cycling route designed by the Adina team.
In addition, residents and guests have the option to order groceries
from artisanal producers in Western Australia, even before check-in, via
Adina's partnership with Australian boutique speciality retailer Ryan's
Grocery.
The property's Aussie-influenced guest experience is a reflection of
Far East Hospitality's "inch wide, mile deep" approach in destinations
where it already has significant presence, including Singapore and
Australia, as opposed to the "mile wide, inch deep" expansion plans of
other companies, said Kiong.
The
hotelier further shared that Adina Serviced Apartments Singapore
Orchard is opening with "100% occupancy", remarking that "this is a good
sign that we are in the right direction".
Adina Serviced Apartments Singapore Orchard also offers a breakfast
lounge, outdoor rooftop swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and
concierge and reception services for residents and guests.
The extended-stay property is rebranded and revitalised from the former Regency House in Singapore.
