Renowned Australian chef Adam Liaw is set to embark on an exclusive culinary journey through Japan and South Korea aboard Silversea Cruises' Silver Muse, from 26 September to 6 October 2024.

In collaboration with Gullivers – an Australian-owned and operated group travel specialist – this 11-day gastronomic adventure allows foodie travellers to savour Japan's rich culinary heritage across five destinations, including Busan, South Korea, while enjoying the luxurious comforts of Silver Muse.

Adam Liaw, a popular TV presenter and culinary expert will be leading six special engagements during the voyage, including Q&A sessions, informative lunches, and social drink events such as welcome drinks, sake tasting, and a concluding cocktail party.

Liaw, who previously hosted a land tour in Japan, is eager to share insights and recommendations on Japanese cuisine. The journey begins in Tokyo, progressing to Kobe with sake and Kobe beef tastings, followed by Busan featuring the Jagalchi Fish Market and a bulgogi cooking class. The expedition continues with stops in Kanazawa, Hakodate, and Yokohama (Tokyo).

Travel advisors stand to earn a commission of AU$600 (US$393) per guest booked, potentially reaching AU$1,200 (US$787) for a suite accommodating two guests. Fares start from AU$10,550 (US$6,916) per person.
