Accor makes inroads in the serviced apartment sector with the signing
of a management agreement for 8 on Claymore Serviced Residences. The
property will undergo a refurbishment of all rooms and public areas by
mid-2022.
Due to commence operations end-2021, Accor will manage the 85-room
property, which features a range of accommodations such as executive
studios to two- and three-bedroom apartments with living areas,
fully-equipped kitchens and in-room laundry facilities. Public areas
include The Club Lounge with swimming pool and gym.
Its prime location in the Orchard Road area facilitates the long-stay
requirements of both leisure and business travellers to the region.
8 on Claymore Serviced Residences joins Accor’s network of 28
properties in Singapore including the Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel,
Swissôtel, Novotel, Mercure and ibis brands.
