KrisFlyer, Singapore Airlines Group's (SIA) lifestyle membership programme, has chartered Dream Cruises’ World Dream for a two-night cruise experience exclusively for its members.

Set to sail this 17-19 November, the specially chartered cruise will feature SIA activities onboard.

KrisFlyer members will receive welcome packs and other gifts that remind them of the good times in flight — first class and business class amenity kits and sleeper suits, as well as other SIA commemorative items.

Customers who book the Palace Deluxe Suites and Palace Suites on World Dream will also enjoy a first class meal on day one, developed by three Michelin-starred French chef Georges Blanc.

Wi-Fi will also be included, and the option for complimentary upgrades to balcony deluxe cabins.

KrisFlyer will also organise a grooming workshop conducted by SIA's cabin crew trainers and a course in making SIA batik rose.

Furthermore, KrisFlyer members can use their miles to book the experience, or take a shot at winning a free stay by earning more miles through spending at KrisShop, Kris+, or Pelago, the lattermost a travel experiences platform by SIA.

To up this cruise-airline collaboration, KrisFlyer members can also earn miles on all regular Dream Cruises bookings from mid-September — which promises a globe-trotting array of experiences (see sidebar).

Besides its latest collaboration with SIA, Dream Cruises is also shining the spotlight on Singapore brands through its 'support local' initiative.

From September, passengers on World Dream will be able to purchase exclusive collections from the Lion City's oldest tea producer, The 1872 Clipper Tea Co., social enterprise The Animal Project's digital calligraphy works; ice-cream and coffee café Creamier; as well as fashion brand Binary Style.
