In Norwegian Cruise Line’s (NCL) commitment to offer its travel
partners in Asia a leg-up in capturing the travel demand in 2022, the
cruise line has launched Norwegian Central Asia — a travel trade portal —
to equip travel agents with all the tools they need to navigate NCL’s
myriad of offerings.
The trade portal serves as a knowledge hub that provides itinerary
insights and extensive information spanning NCL’s fleet, including the
two newest Prima Class ships – Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Viva.
“This
brand-new portal allows agents in Asia to capitalise on the upturn in
international travel in 2022 with tools and resources developed
specifically for them, all located conveniently in one place," said
Braydon Holland, NCL’s senior sales director, Asia.
Agents
would also be able to download NCL’s marketing toolbox of flyers,
banners, videos, pre-prepared social media posts and other resources to
curate their own promotional materials.
As an added benefit, travel partners on the platform have the
opportunity of unlocking reduced rates of up to 30% off their own NCL
cruise as they move up the tiers within the platform’s learning
incentive programme.
Travel agents can additionally get first-hand updates on webinars and
events and gain access to the exclusive Partners First Asia Facebook
group that releases the latest NCL news.
“Whether they’re looking to upskill, create compelling marketing
materials or connect with the latest brand news, agents in Asia can
log-in for a simple and seamless one-stop-shop experience,” Holland
said. “It’s all part of our Partners First philosophy, which puts
supporting our travel partners at the heart of all we do.”
